About the journal

In order to reflect conceptual issues and modern problems of water sector the Scientific Journal of “Water Problems: science and technologies” has been founded by “Azersu” OJSC. The Journal has been included into the State Registration with Registration #3961. In the Journal of “Water Problems: science and technologies” it is preferred to publish articles reflecting mainly modern problems of water sector and the optimal combination of theoretical and practical issues of water in terms of scientific-methodology. Editorial staff of the Journal consists of influential  scientists of our country and other countries.

Scientific articles in 3 languages- Azerbaijani,  English and Russian are being published in the Journal. Whether to publish the manuscripts submitted to the Editorial Office after the reviewers opinion is decided on the basis of rotation principle. Copyrights of published articles are being protected in the Journal and all publishing rights exclusively refer to the Journal of “Water Problems: science and technology”. Published  articles in the Magazine in similar other publications is allowed only by written permission of Editorial Office and issuing citations is permitted by indicating the source of information.

Articles published in the Journal cover the following subjects:

• Research of water resources and integrated management problems;
• Innovative technologies in treatment of potable water and wastewater disposal;
• Management of water supply and wastewater and stormwater systems;
• Environmental-economic justifications in water sector;
• Treatment of wastewaters and reuse;
• Environmental problems of water use;
• Effective use of water;

Scientists and specialists acting in water sector in Azerbaijan and high educational establishments and also from foreign countries can cooperate with the Journal.
